DAV2DXB 2025 isn’t just an event—it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reconnect, relive, and rekindle the magic of those school days. From a luxurious yacht cruise to a thrilling desert safari, from friendly bowling matches to an elegant gala night—this reunion has been carefully crafted to honour our past while celebrating the incredible paths we’ve walked since.

Pack your bags and prepare for a four-day, fun-filled celebration in the heart of Dubai, where adventure meets luxury and nostalgia blends with new memories. Here’s your detailed guide to an unforgettable experience!

 

✈️ Day 0: Touchdown in Style

 

(For USA Alumni & others needing an extra night to acclimatize)

• Arrival: Guests arrive at DXB no earlier than noon.

• Accommodation: Hop into a self-paid taxi to your pre-selected hotel—FIVE JVC, the ultimate party hub.

• Check-in: Settle in and rest; it’s a chill day to recover from jet lag and gear up for the excitement ahead.

💡 Tip: US guests arriving earlier may want to book an extra night for added comfort.

 

🛥️ Day 1: Cruise, Bowl, and Party

• Breakfast: Enjoy a leisurely morning with breakfast at your hotel (self-paid for early arrivals).

• Arrival & Check-in: India/USA guests, touch down by noon and head to the hotel via self-paid taxis. Early check-in can be arranged.

• Yacht Cruise:

• Assemble at the hotel lobby by 2:50 PM and head to the yacht pick-up point via a pre-arranged bus.

• From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, enjoy a luxurious private yacht cruise with Prosecco, onboard catering, and dinner.

• Dress code: Smart casuals; pack a warm jacket and swim shorts for the ocean vibes.

• Bowling Bonanza:

• Walk to Brass Monkey at 8:05 PM for arcade games, bowling, and snacks (bowling and snacks included; drinks are self-paid).

• Dress code: Smart casuals with closed footwear.

• After-Party: Return to FIVE JVC by midnight and let the party continue at the hotel until you drop!

 

🏜️ Day 2: Adventure in the Sands

• Breakfast: Relax with a hearty breakfast at the hotel (included).

• Optional Self Exploration: Visit Dubai Mall for shopping, dining, or taking a selfie by the iconic Burj Khalifa.

• Desert Safari:

• Report to the hotel by 2:00 PM for an action-packed safari.

• Experience dune bashing, camel rides, stunning sunsets, and a BBQ dinner with live entertainment.

• Optional dune buggies are available for thrill-seekers (extra self-cost).

• Top Golf Night: Wrap up the day with a friendly golf tournament at Top Golf from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM (golf and snacks included; drinks are self-paid).

• After-Party: Back to FIVE JVC by midnight for another epic night.

 

🎭 Day 3: Celebration & Finale

• Morning: Start your day with a relaxed breakfast (included).

• Optional Activities: Explore Dubai at your pace or grab lunch (self-paid).

• Finale Gala:

• From 3:00 PM, it’s showtime!

• Join us at FIVE JVC for a glamorous Awards Show & Variety Gala presented by our Alumni.

• Enjoy a sumptuous dinner and raise a toast to lifelong friendships and incredible memories.

 

👋 Day 4: Farewell to Dubai

• Check-Out: Bid farewell to your hotel by noon.

• Departure: Grab a self-paid taxi to the airport with hearts full of joy and phones full of epic pictures.

 

🏨 Hotel Option:

• FIVE JVC: A party lover’s dream with luxurious group accommodations, including a 4-bedroom suite with a private pool.

 

💡 Additional Notes:

• BYOB: Bring at least one bottle of liquor from the duty-free shops to share (non-drinkers are excused).

• Getting Around: Dubai’s taxis are efficient, affordable, and readily available. Certain routes are covered by a pre-organized bus.

• Dress Smart: While Dubai is cosmopolitan, dress modestly in cultural areas and follow dress codes for planned activities.

These Terms and Conditions govern the "DAV2DXB" Dubai Reunion 2025 event (“Event”) and the participation of all attendees (“Participants”). By registering and attending, you agree to abide by these terms.

 

1. Financial Terms

Registration & Payments

1.1. Registration Confirmation: Upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment of applicable fees, registration is confirmed. 1.2. Non-Refundable Fees: All payments made for the Event are non-refundable, including participant cancellations. 1.3. Late Registrations: Registrations submitted after the specified deadline may incur additional charges.

Travel & Accommodation Costs

2.1. Travel Costs: Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their travel expenses, including flights and airport transfers. 2.2. Accommodation Costs:

  • FIVE JVC: Charges depend on the selected room type & cost at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for early check-ins or extended stays (e.g., for participants arriving from the USA). 2.3. Room Sharing: No cost adjustments will be made if roommate preferences cannot be fulfilled.

Activities & Self-Paid Expenses

3.1. Included Activities: Costs for group activities such as the yacht cruise, desert safari, bowling, and Top Golf are included in the package. 3.2. Excluded Costs: Participants are responsible for:

  • Mid-Day Meals not explicitly mentioned as included.

  • Drinks during activities like bowling and Top Golf.

  • Optional self-exploration activities (e.g., Dubai Mall, additional attractions).

  • Extra costs for optional activities like self-drive dune buggies during the desert safari. 3.3. Liquor Contribution: Each participant is required to contribute at least one bottle of liquor (non-drinkers are exempt).

Cancellation Policy

4.1. Participant Cancellation: No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations. 4.2. Event Cancellation: In case of cancellation by the organizers, refunds for unused portions of the event fees will be issued, less administrative costs.

Additional Charges

5.1. Local Transportation: Taxis and transportation to/from hotels, venues, and the airport are self-paid. 5.2. Room Damage: Participants are responsible for any damages to accommodations or event venues caused by their actions.

 

2. General Terms

Travel & Accommodation

2.1. Travel Arrangements: Participants are responsible for arranging their travel to and from Dubai. 2.2. Room Preferences: Accommodation preferences indicated during registration will be honoured based on availability. Specific requests (e.g., early check-in, extended stays) may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

Activities & Schedule

3.1. Activity Participation: Participation in scheduled activities is optional. Prior confirmation is required to ensure smooth planning. 3.2. Liability: Participation in activities such as the yacht cruise, desert safari, and Top Golf is at your own risk. Organizers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during these activities. 3.3. Schedule Changes: The itinerary is subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or availability. Any updates will be communicated promptly.

Behavior & Conduct

4.1. Respectful Conduct: Participants must behave respectfully towards others and comply with local cultural norms and laws. 4.2. Alcohol Consumption: Responsible drinking is expected. Disruptive behaviour due to overindulgence may result in removal from activities or venues. 4.3. Property Damage: Participants are responsible for any damage to property, including hotel rooms, venues, or transportation caused by their actions.

Health & Safety

5.1. Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose any medical conditions or allergies in the registration form. 5.2. Health Insurance: Participants are strongly advised to have valid travel and health insurance for the trip. 5.3. COVID-19 Compliance: Participants must adhere to UAE’s COVID-19-related regulations, including testing, vaccinations, and mask mandates, if applicable.

Photography & Media

6.1. Consent: You consent to be photographed or filmed during the Event by attending. These materials may be used for archival and social media purposes. 

Legal & Compliance

7.1. Local Laws: Participants must adhere to UAE laws and customs. The organizers are not responsible for legal issues arising from non-compliance.
